The 6-month program is designed for students who want to advance their culinary expertise and specialize in additional disciplines like sugar craft, spice making, and mixology. It includes all modules from the 3-month program with enhanced training in advanced culinary arts.

Training Schedule

Additional Fees
- Registration & Chef Uniforms: ₦25,000.00
- School Examination, Graduation & External Examiner Fees: ₦25,000.00
- NABTEB Examination (Optional): ₦35,000.00 (Earn an additional government-recognized certificate)

- Joe Global Culinary Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- NABTEB Certificate (Optional – upon successful completion of the NABTEB exam)
Practical Materials
Students are responsible for providing their own materials for practical training and exams.
Online Learning Option
Theoretical components of the course are available online, allowing students to balance learning with other commitments.
